What You'll Do

As a Retail Store Associate, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with a smile
  • Process daily shipments, maintain a clean and organized warehouse area, and ensure merchandise presentation standards are met
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines, demonstrating a high level of customer service
  • Assist with Fitting Room duties, ensuring a seamless customer experience

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity

Hourly range: $16.60 per hour*

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not reflect the full pay range for the position. The pay rate offered may be higher depending on several factors, such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market demands.
