A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMERCIAL SHEET METAL APPRENTICE:

Visualize this: you arrive at a lively construction site, equipped in your work attire, ready to tackle the day. Your morning begins with a brief meeting where your colleagues outline the day's objectives. You gather your tools, and with precision and skill, you prepare hangers and ductwork, install sheet metal components, and occasionally engage in cutting and grinding tasks. Your hands-on training and mentorship empower you to master the craft of commercial sheet metal work, and your commitment drives you to excel. As the day concludes, you leave knowing you have made a significant contribution to shaping the future of our community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To be eligible for this position, you need:

A high school diploma or equivalentA passion for hands-on work and continuous learning

Preferred qualifications: Fall arrest, scissor lift, and first aid training.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

This is a full-time role based in Calgary and surrounding areas. Your typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. We provide a flexible work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance.
