Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to current and prospective customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Oxio's values and services
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the call center industry
  • Strong English and French communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and general holidays
