Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store meets corporate objectives and adheres to essential performance metrics.
  • Lead the team by effectively assigning tasks related to company policies, loss prevention, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Assist in the recruitment, management, development, and training of enthusiastic candidates in sales and customer service.
  • Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting shopping atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.

  • Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced environment while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
