About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Gestion Locative Suite Spot Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our maintenance and cleaning team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
