- Order Taking and Relay: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Menu Guidance: Advise customers on menu selections, making recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
- Special Needs Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and attention.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient order fulfillment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
