Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading a team of service colleagues in a Tier 4 branch, promoting a positive customer and colleague experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of service colleagues, providing coaching on delivering effective customer service, product, and advice conversations.
  • Manage the service team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Contribute to the execution and achievement of the team and branch's customer experience targets.
  • Ensure colleagues are in compliance with all TD policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day branch administrative duties, including scheduling and workflow management.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
