Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Fashion Associate to join our team As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining visual standards. If you're passionate about fashion, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.
  • Perform register functions, utilizing your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor, adhering to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
