Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the London Language Institute Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Scheduling and Travel
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Customer Service
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Provide customer service
- Office Management
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Research and Data Entry
- Conduct research
- Perform data entry
- Bookkeeping
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and Technology Knowledge
- MS Windows
- MS Office
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
The successful candidate will work in a business services environment with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 hours per week. Free parking is available.
