We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Zeal Janitor Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including payroll and inventory.
  • Co-ordinate Work Activities: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
