  • Assist senior management with daily communication tasks, ensuring messages are clear and consistent across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to manage requests for our internal Portal page effectively.
  • Create and implement internal communication campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness of our services throughout the organization.
  • Oversee an internal project management tool, coordinating updates and requests among team members, including design needs for various marketing materials.
  • Document and distribute meeting notes from service and area calls, ensuring effective communication with leaders.
  • Produce written content for a variety of materials, including brochures, web articles, and press releases.
  • Gather and analyze monthly statistics to identify areas for improvement in communication strategies.
  • Monitor social media channels and provide timely updates to the Communications team to aid in the development of public communications.
  • Engage with service departments and visit project sites to gather compelling stories for internal and external communication.
  • Contribute to the creation of additional communication materials, such as newsletters and presentations.
  • Stay informed on media developments, alerting the Communications team to urgent news or potential crises.
  • Assist in compiling media lists to enhance our media relations strategy.
  • Support the preparation of data and information for media interviews to bolster our public relations efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications within a corporate environment.
  • A degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in writing for social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in the complete MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
