Job Title: Wealth Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wealth Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our wealth advisors, including:

  • Supporting investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meeting client requests
  • Carrying out routine operations related to financial transactions, such as purchases and sales of securities
  • Managing client files, including deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions
  • Producing portfolio management reports and ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
Language:

We are a bilingual organization and require proficiency in English and French.
