Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the growth and efficiency of our business. The Business Manager will oversee office operations, manage HR functions for the front office and nursing teams, and drive new client sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies and services
- Oversee corporate IT functions
- Manage HR functions for the front office and nursing teams, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, and vacation requests
- Work in conjunction with marketing contractors to optimize the marketing initiatives of the company
- Oversee the alignment and effectiveness of on-site marketing initiatives
- Manage the conversion process from inquiry to first appointment
- Aid in optimizing the company's sales process, including the use of CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in office management and HR
- Medical office experience is an asset but not a prerequisite
- Proficient in various software including MS Office
- Knowledgeable in, and a user of, key business platforms
- Strong leadership, and effective team management
- Performance bonus based on new patient acquisition, and overall performance
