Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PETRO-CANADA. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining stock levels
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language
