Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fas Gas. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
