We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales and Lease Consultant to join our dynamic team at Trotman Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and selling vehicles, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive buying experience for all customers
- Promote and sell vehicles, including negotiating prices and terms
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Valid VSA license required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Outlook, and Dealer Socket
