Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical guidance on the strategic direction of financial market operations. You will facilitate strategic thought processes and the advancement of business methodologies through data evaluation, driving the execution of strategic elements such as establishing the business vision and defining comprehensive financial market objectives.
  • As a pivotal contributor, you will be central to project conception, execution, and delivery. Assess priorities and intervene to address intricate challenges, ensuring the successful realization of initiatives.
  • Mentor and support transformation leaders, both in action and on specific projects. Stay informed of best practices, which you will integrate and disseminate to enhance cross-functional processes while establishing clear and comprehensive business requirements.
  • Revitalize transformation governance by continuously updating the transformation strategy and documenting priority initiatives. Monitor operational efficiency and project delivery based on best practices to achieve anticipated business outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners (IT, Financial Markets) to influence the progression of transformation initiatives and clearly communicate the operational vision.
  • Foster an environment conducive to change, engaging cross-functional teams and involving necessary expertise according to transformation needs, while demonstrating an interest in new technologies and innovation. You will think creatively and exhibit expertise in your domain.

Your Team:

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Strategy, Data, and Performance for the Financial Markets Operations sector. Within this sector, you will work alongside a team of three colleagues. Our team is recognized for its dynamism, agility, and deep understanding of financial market activities and the sub-processes that support these activities.

Our group of professionals is committed to executing the strategic plan, collaborating with various partners across the organization, and overseeing all operations within the Financial Markets sector. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with ten years of pertinent experience OR Master's degree in a relevant field with eight years of pertinent experience OR University certificate with eight years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven influential leadership capabilities with senior management.
  • Understanding of financial markets and wealth management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in comprehensive analysis and delivery of transformation initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to swiftly comprehend and resolve complex issues and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a business domain and identify key elements.
  • Proven change management expertise.
