Our Kenora office is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising the preparation of working paper files, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, and providing technical and project management leadership skills to team members.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and complete working paper files, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns
- Provide technical and project management leadership skills to team members
- Assist in the direction and training of staff, reviewing completed files to ensure quality of work
- Prioritize projects, establish budgets, and assign staff to meet client deadlines
- Continually maintain a positive client relationship and identify possible new business opportunities with existing clients
- Participate in delivering formal project/team performance review and/or giving effective input to reviewers on team members

Your Experience and Education:
- Possesses a Canada recognized Professional Designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) with 4-5 years of experience in Review engagements, Compilation engagements, corporate and personal tax
- Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks as required
- Excellent skills in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Caseware)
