Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Restaurant setting
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
