We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Retail Director to lead our retail operations and drive revenue growth at Ivy Group Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute retail expansion initiatives to increase revenue and improve the overall guest experience.
- Lead product development initiatives, working closely with branding and marketing teams to expand our branded merchandise.
- Optimize retail space layout and visual merchandising to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Manage the retail team, including supervising the current manager of retail, and ensure smooth operations across all retail outlets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an integrated guest experience that promotes retail sales.
- Create a three-to-five-year plan for retail growth, including the development of a potential online store.
- Work with leadership to assess opportunities for new retail outlets, including potential acquisitions or expansions.
- Extensive retail leadership experience, preferably within the tourism, attractions, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven ability to manage and scale retail operations, drive revenue growth, and lead multi-functional teams across diverse locations.
- Strategic retail planning expertise, including experience overseeing retail expansion projects and developing long-term retail strategies.
- Revenue optimization skills, including experience implementing metrics to track and improve retail performance.
- Merchandising and product development expertise, including experience leading product development initiatives and curating innovative, branded merchandise lines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working alongside marketing, guest experience, and operations teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Financial and operational acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
- Team leadership skills, including experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing retail teams.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $130,000, along with the potential for bonuses based on performance metrics. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
