Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at EMRA Financial Corp. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food counters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless food service operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
