About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Equisoft. As a global provider of advanced insurance and investment digital solutions, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Identify, plan, and manage the development and implementation stages of assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables quality standards.
  • Assist customers during the project definition period and coordinate all activities required for project approval.
  • Plan, monitor, and control the scope, risks, costs, change requests, outstanding issues, human resources, and communications for all assigned projects.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of project teams and assist staff in completing tasks.
  • Promote interaction and cooperation between customers (internal/external) and project teams.
  • Maintain management indicators records on project progress and control change requests related to these projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT or finance project management.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in Project Development Cycle Management.
  • Experience in client-facing projects, not just internal initiatives.
  • Experience in implementation projects of CRM and/or ERP.
  • Very good knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment.
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries (asset).
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both French and English.
