About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at Harnoorpallak Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall in various commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners and maintain a high-quality finish.
  • Fills joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications.
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists to ensure a stable and secure installation.
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry to achieve a professional finish.
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound to create a seamless finish.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
