We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team at Kler Drywall Ltd as a Drywall Construction Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks related to drywall installation and finishing.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, such as drywall sheets and tools, from vehicles and equipment.
- Erecting and Dismantling Forms and Scaffolding: Help to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mixing and Applying Materials: Assist in mixing and applying materials such as concrete and asphalt for various construction tasks.
- Removing Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operating Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, such as drywall saws and sanders.
- Directing Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the general public.
- Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
- Work Environment: The work environment will be outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces, with exposure to dust and cold temperatures.
- Work Setting: The successful candidate will be willing to relocate to various locations and may be required to work in different regions.
- Security and Safety: A criminal record check will be required for this position.
- Relocation Assistance: We will cover relocation costs for the successful candidate.
