About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join TE Connectivity as a Strategic Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy, reporting directly to the Director of Segment Strategy. As a key member of the Segment Strategy team, you will play a critical role in creating shareholder value by working on the most important strategic initiatives across the Segment.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Segment in developing strategies that drive above-market organic and inorganic growth
  • Managing projects to identify new growth platforms and opportunities in attractive market spaces
  • Working closely with Management to prioritize cross-functional involvement and real-time input as the external environment evolves

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of management consulting experience post-graduate degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in corporate strategy for an industrial company in the automotive space (OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers)
  • Experience interfacing with executives and C-suite through effective communication of ideas and plans
  • Track record of demonstrated leadership potential in a business environment

What We Offer

TE Connectivity offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience: CAD150,000 - CAD 200,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location). We also offer a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
