Role Overview:

Reporting to the Hub Supervisor, the Logistics Hub Coordinator will engage in the scheduling of delivery operations and provide essential leadership on the front lines. Your role will be pivotal in executing daily operations, coordinating vehicle capacity, and supporting hourly staff. Prioritizing safety is crucial at HelloFresh, and you will be responsible for cultivating a safety-oriented culture, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a team of Delivery Associates to uphold quality standards, meet performance metrics, and oversee the end-to-end delivery processes. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including recordkeeping, reporting, and investigation. Meet and exceed service KPIs while addressing customer service inquiries and escalations. Conduct morning team meetings to communicate safety protocols, quality insights, and maintain engagement with employees. Perform dispatch functions for drivers while they are on the road, directing activities and providing training, coaching, and guidance. Manage employee scheduling and time & attendance records. Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and operational policies/procedures, including adherence to PPE and hygiene standards. Foster an inclusive workplace culture and build relationships with all staff, focusing on development and retention goals. Communicate any issues to the Hub Manager and Fleet Asset Specialist. Provide end-of-shift reports to the Hub Supervisor, detailing any on-road incidents and the status of returned items. Uphold compliance with all safety, GMP, and operational policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in delivery dispatch. Ability to meet schedules/timelines and organize work effectively. Must be available for flexible work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic proficiency in data manipulation and reporting. Capability to lift up to 30lbs and engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, and crouching daily. Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions. Forklift, Reach Truck, or Stacker Operator license is preferred, but training will be provided for suitable candidates. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
