About the Role

Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our visual team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Design and execute in-store displays, including product showcases and promotional displays
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with business objectives
  • Manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials and supplies
  • Supervise and train visual merchandising staff to ensure high-quality displays and customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
