Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Manager to join our team at Active Green and Ross. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 service advisors, technicians, and support staff
    • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the service center, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue and customer retention
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze reports to track service center performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Provide regular updates to management on service center operations and performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the automotive service industry
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Experience with inventory management and scheduling software
    • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
