This Beauty Role Is For You, If You Enjoy:
  • Inspiring customers to express their individual beauty by providing them with a complete shopping experience, including enthusiastic, helpful assistance and product knowledge of Beauty Products.
  • Working at a dynamic retail environment
Your Team is counting on you as a Beauty Specialist to:
  • Have open availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Work a Full-Time or Part-Time schedule
Beauty Specialist Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers at all times
  • Advise customers on the use of Fragrances and products/services selection and information
  • Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management
  • Actively participate in beauty training sessions and partnered store mandatory training sessions
  • Adhere to proper security procedures regarding handling the closing of cash and assets
  • Assist with stocking counter supplies and inventory on a daily basis
  • Adhere to and model policies regarding customer service expectations, dress code, and professional standards
  • Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items
  • Replenish merchandise products and stock on shelves
  • Comply and enforce store, provincial, and federal regulations
Beauty Specialist Required Qualifications:
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • While certification in make-up artistry and/or previous retail make-up experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur-level experience
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous cashier experience
  • Previous experience working within the Beauty and Fragrance field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
