Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and objectives to identify suitable commercial properties (office, multi-family, industrial, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and prepare customized proposals highlighting property benefits and market insights
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to showcase available properties to a targeted audience
  • Negotiate lease or sales agreements, securing the most favorable terms for clients
  • Manage complex paperwork, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local regulations impacting the commercial real estate landscape
  • Conduct market research and prepare informative reports to guide client decision-making
  • Develop a strong network of industry professionals to stay ahead of market shifts and identify valuable opportunities

Requirements:

  • Licensed Commercial broker with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • ~3+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or a related field (prior sales experience a plus)
  • ~ Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, property valuation methods, and negotiation strategies
  • ~ Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and relevant industry databases
