About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote client independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to optimize client outcomes
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students and contribute to the development of our team's clinical expertise

Qualifications
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to be autonomous and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained
