Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
