We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Work Environment:

As a Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and bending
