Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Class 3A Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering essential chemical, fertilizer, and seed products to our valued customers while ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely deliver products to customer locations, adhering to all legal and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and maintain professional communication with customers.
  • Accurately load orders for delivery, ensuring the safe handling of materials.
  • Operate various equipment, including box trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks, in a responsible manner.
  • Complete necessary shipment paperwork and conduct routine safety audits.
  • Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 3A driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in product delivery and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and legal documentation requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Forklift certification.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience in safely handling inventory.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
