Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to diagnostic services, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, communicating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using computer software and other tools as required.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Recent experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting, preferably with direct public contact and diagnostic service information.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant and courteous telephone manner.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
