Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE STORE INC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
  • Authorize payments and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and supervise team performance
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain store inventory
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
