We're seeking a highly skilled Analog IC Design Staff Engineer to join our team. With a strong background in electrical engineering and a focus on IC design, you'll be responsible for developing cutting-edge analog and mixed signal circuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced analog and mixed signal circuits
  • Collaborate with layout, digital, and system teams to optimize designs
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on IC design
  • 3+ years of design experience, including knowledge of CTLE, DFE, ADC, DAC, oscillators, PLLs, and more
  • Experience with SerDes and high-speed circuit design (>10GS/s)
  • Proficiency in scripting, programming, and tools like MATLAB/Simulink and Python
