Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative Sales Enablement Specialist to join our global Sales Operations and Enablement Team. This team plays a crucial role in supporting over 75 offices worldwide, spanning North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Your contributions will be vital in providing exceptional service to our diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating resourcefulness and analytical thinking. A genuine curiosity for innovative solutions, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass three primary functions: Sales Support, Salesforce Support, and Sales Training. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided to ensure your success.

Sales Support Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to Sales users, including updates and education on new internal initiatives and reports.
  • Facilitate ongoing Sales Contests to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Manage Salesforce Lead Routing to appropriate markets and individuals.
  • Oversee daily account management tasks for Enterprise Accounts.

Salesforce Support Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily support for the Salesforce platform and users, including updates and education on new features and reports.
  • Customize objects, fields, record types, rate tables, and page layouts as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess operational processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, and security models within Salesforce.

Sales Training Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training materials, including onboarding resources, battle cards, and training videos.
  • Work with the corporate training team to create a centralized library for all training materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales, marketing, or sales enablement role.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is a significant advantage.
  • Able to excel in a multi-functional, multi-tasking environment.
