We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Bolton Toyota. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line customer service and sales support for the Service Department
  • Greet customers on the phone or in the Dealership and provide repair recommendations
  • Explain the nature of repairs and advise customers on how to maintain their vehicles
  • Schedule appointments and sell labour
  • Provide an extraordinary experience for all customers

Requirements:

  • CDK experience preferred
  • Aptitude for customer relations and service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to sell required maintenance
  • Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
