About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in social work, healthcare administration, or a related field. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our organization through periods of growth, transition, and evolution. Your passion for serving survivors of domestic violence and creating a culture of self-sufficiency and growth will be a driving force in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our team
  • Develop and implement effective programs and services to support women, children, and youth
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • University-level degree in social work, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in non-profit management, social service work, or public administration
  • Strong understanding of intimate partner violence, gender-based violence, and systemic factors that undermine women's safety and human rights
  • Ability to manage change and lead our team through periods of growth and transition
