About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Boarding School team as a Boarding Staff member. As a key member of our residential life team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage boarding students in activities that promote academic and personal growth
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their social and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with the Head of Boarding, Assistant Head of Boarding, and other staff members to ensure continuity of care and support for students
  • Contribute to the development of a vibrant and inclusive boarding program that fosters social engagement, healthy active living, and emotional well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. You will also be able to commit to working a rotating schedule of mornings, evenings, and weekends, and be willing to live on campus during the school year.
