Based in a vibrant community, the Civil Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager, Engineering, and will engage in a variety of responsibilities primarily focused on the assessment and creation of technical deliverables for clients involved in Land Development and Linear Infrastructure initiatives. You will collaborate with a team that delivers solutions across a broad spectrum of engineering disciplines, including Municipal, Transportation, Environmental, Drainage, and Stormwater Management.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the TULLOCH Engineering team, you will:
Operate in a dynamic and challenging environment alongside our Planning and Engineering teams on diverse Land Development and Linear Infrastructure projects. Oversee the successful execution of Civil Engineering projects, including Lot Grading Plans, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) Developments, Site Plan Control Applications, and Residential Subdivisions. Prepare and evaluate technical deliverables such as Stormwater Management Designs & Reports and Functional Servicing Studies. Collaborate with the Engineering team to create and assess detailed engineering drawings. Utilize technical modeling software including Visual OTTHYMO, PCSWMM, and HEC-RAS. Conduct on-site technical reviews and provide general review certification as necessary. Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and bid documentation, and carry out bid evaluations. Coordinate project requirements with the Project Manager, Discipline Manager, clients, regulatory bodies, vendors, and subcontractors. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering, along with:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a Civil Engineering capacity. A valid P.Eng. license (via PEO). Comprehensive knowledge in Stormwater Management, Site Servicing, and Water Resources Engineering. Experience in navigating the Municipal Class EA Planning process. A solid understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines, and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and technical modeling software. The ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters and align with business objectives. Willingness to travel periodically as required. What We Offer:
