Job Title: Technical Project Manager

At Randstad Canada, we are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading software solutions engagements to modernize and accelerate our customers' data technology journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong client relationships and technical acumen
  • Lead software solutions engagements to modernize and accelerate customers' data technology journeys
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or IT field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Excel
