About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Services Associate to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobilizing, in a safe and respectful manner.
- Provide social, spiritual, and intellectual activities for residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Clean resident rooms, servers, and household common areas, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
- Administer medications as assigned, following all medication management policies and guidelines.
- Communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to your supervisor.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a valid Personal Support Worker diploma, certificate, or equivalent, and be enrolled in a program if not already obtained. You will also have a valid CPR & First Aid Certification and be able to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire.
