We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial roles of Front Desk Reception + Retail Associates. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional Tommy Gun's experience to every client, and we want YOU to be a part of it.

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring every client has an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors. You will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Position: Guest Services

Work Term: Part-time and Full-time

Location: Upper Canada Mall - Newmarket

Wage: $16.55 to $18 per hour

* * Flexible availability. Be able to work on weekends and some evening shifts.* *

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
  • Master excellent written and verbal communication skills—be the voice that answers emails and phone calls, manages service queues, and supports your team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Bring familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset)
  • Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
