Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Marlowe E Horn. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and well-being
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required
  • Physically demanding role, requiring ability to lift and move clients as needed
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate
