Job Title: Clinical Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Data Coordinator to join our team at Wellness North Counselling Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for abstracting, assembling, and analyzing clinical data and related demographic information from health records according to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Abstract, assemble, and analyze clinical data and related demographic information from health records
  • Collect, code, cross-reference, and store health records and related information
  • Operate information systems to maintain indexes for classification systems and to manage and retrieve health records information
  • Prepare medical, social, and administrative statistics
  • Supervise other health information management technicians and related workers
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Health information/medical records administration/administrator
  • Health care institution, facility, or clinic
Work Setting:
  • Health care institution, facility, or clinic
Supervision:
  • 5-10 people
