Kitchen Assistant

MAD GREEK LTD. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Load and unload dishes, utensils, and equipment from dishwashers and storage areas.
- Sanitize and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with supplies and ingredients.
- Take orders from customers and assist with serving food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Handle and store cleaning products and supplies.
- Receive and unpack deliveries, and store them in designated areas.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and dining areas.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
- Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
- Overtime required, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Work Schedule:35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
