We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. (Head Office). As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our service team based in the Okanagan and Northern, BC region.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively organize and schedule work for our mobile field service technicians to drive profitable service revenue.
- Build strong relationships with our valued customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize computer software and business systems to schedule work and create service work orders.
- Review service work orders and time sheets for accuracy prior to billing.
- Collaborate with the service team and other internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
