Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Accounts Payable and Credit Card inbox on a daily basis.
  • Input Accounts Payable invoices or credit notes into the financial system, ensuring precision and promptness.
  • Upload invoices or credit notes to the approval system for review.
  • Maintain and update vendor records, including payment information.
  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Ensure all supplier accounts are current and reconciled.
  • Support the posting of credit card transactions accurately and on time.
  • Gather necessary documentation for all credit card transactions.
  • Update month-end credit card reconciliation reports.
  • Process urgent invoices and payments with efficiency.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders regarding inquiries and approvals.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees within the financial software.
  • Provide invoices and documentation for audit purposes as needed.
  • Compile monthly legal expense reports for the claims team.
  • Process referral payments as required.
  • Support the accounting team with month-end and ad hoc responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in accounting or business management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable processing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of accounting control procedures.
